The Foundation pays 100% of the monthly healthcare premiums for our staff members. Additionally, we pay 50% of the monthly medical premiums for our staff members' dependents.

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account
The Foundation offers staff members the option to set aside pre-tax monies (up to $2,500) for reimbursement for eligible healthcare expenses.
The well-being of our staff members and their families is of paramount importance to the Foundation. Our Lifecare insurance options provide Foundation-subsidized coverage as well as employee-supplemental coverage options to address our staff members’ short-term and long-term health and income protection needs.
Basic life insurance is provided without cost to our staff members; the coverage is 2x annual base salary with a maximum coverage level to $300,000. Additionally, the Foundation provides access to supplemental life insurance plan options for staff members and their spouses; the coverage may extend up to 5x annual base salary with a maximum coverage level to $500,000. Through a partnership with Assurant Employee Benefits, the Foundation provides coverage for short-term and long-term disability coverage, without cost to our staff members.
Maternity Leave & Parental Leave
In conjunction with the Foundation’s short-term disability plan, staff members are eligible for salary continuation during a maternity leave. Additionally, staff members are eligible to receive up to 6 weeks paid parental leave for time away for the birth or adoption of a child.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
The Foundation offers staff members the option to set aside pre-tax monies (up to $5,000) for reimbursement of eligible dependent care expenses. Also, the Foundation provides accessibility for commuters to set aside pre-tax monies for eligible transit expenses.
Time Away Benefits
Each year, staff members receive 15 days paid vacation, 10 days paid sick leave and 5 paid personal days. Additionally, the Foundation observes a standard business holiday schedule; with a floating holiday each year.
On-Site Fitness Facilities
Our staff members enjoy a discounted membership to the on-site fitness facility with services including fitness evaluations, personal training, and classes in self-defense and Pilates.
The Foundation offers multiple options to assist employees with their investments throughout all life stages; including access to an external certified financial planner, without cost to staff members.
Retirement Savings Plan
Through a partnership with Great West Retirement Services, the Foundation offers a vested 401(k) retirement savings plan with a variety of portfolio options; an employer match is provided to participants at the completion of one year of employment.
Defined Contribution Plan
Following the completion of one year of employment, the Foundation contributes 10% of total cash compensation (on an annual basis) to a staff member's 401(k) retirement savings account; without any staff member deferral required.
College Savings Plan
Through a partnership with Vanguard, the Foundation offers access to staff members to contribute by payroll deductions to a 529 plan for use on higher education expenses, for staff members or their designated plan beneficiaries.
